Can I place an order?
On our D&M webshop everyone can view all products. If you are a green reseller you can also view all prices and stocks after logging in. To place a direct order through the webshop, you need an account. Through the option register at the top of the website you can easily create an account.

Are you an existing customer?
Have you placed an order with us in the past year? Then you can send us an e-mail with the request for your login data. You will receive on working days between 09 and 17 hours an e-mail with your login details and you will have access to the webshop and your account again.

If you have not ordered from us before, you can use the registration form to create your personal account. The commercial team of D&M checks this registration and then, after activation, you will receive an e-mail with your login data and you will have access to the webshop.

Is there a minimum order amount when I pick up the goods myself?
No, when you pick up your products yourself there is no minimum order amount.

Can I also enter the article numbers directly?
Yes you can! In the catalog the article codes are listed, these correspond to the article codes of the webshop.Â
I can't find what I'm looking for and could use some help/advice with ordering?
Our sales team is there for you! Are you looking for a specific product and you can't find it in our catalog or on the web shop? Can you use some help with finalizing your order? Are all the dimensions on the site accurate?
You can find the dimensions and weights of our D&M products in the specifications. All dimensions and weights are therefore 100% accurate.
Can all products be used both indoors and outdoors?
Not all D&M flower pots are made to be placed outside. If they can't, we clearly state this with the product.
